A WIN against Champions League opposition, a system taking shape under a new manager, some very decent individual displays and a spruce-up for the khazis in the Hammersmith End – what’s not to like?

There were plenty more positives than negatives from Fulham’s 1-0 victory over VfB Stuttgart at Craven Cottage – although Saturday White Fever still found a few gripes and concerns.

Here’s a rundown of all the main talking points as Alvaro Arbeloa, Gonzalo Garcia and Cesar Palacios took their Cottage bows and Fulham enjoyed a successful end to pre-season:
